I'm a software engineer who spends most of his free time playing guitar. Music's been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and honestly I think it makes me better at the engineering side too: there's something about engaging both halves of your brain, the logical and the creative, that keeps everything balanced. I don't take myself too seriously. I live in Ohio with two dogs and three cats, and I'm usually working on a handful of projects at once.

A pairwise song ranking app built for Taylor Swift's whole discography. Pick which of two songs you like more, over and over, and it builds a full personal ranking with a detailed breakdown at the end: tiers, biggest upsets, closest rivalries, all of it.

Elo-based ranking that keeps serving fresh comparisons instead of rushing to a conclusion
30 second audio previews and album art on every song
Color themes pulled from real album art, one for each era
Named, independent rankings: run as many as you want
Accounts with password reset, nothing fancy, just yours to keep

What's next: the ranking engine and data model are built to work for any artist, so more catalogs are on the way.
